We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Manager. In this remote position, based in Canada, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by leading and managing our customer support team.
Responsibilities:
- Set performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
- Develop and maintain customer support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products, services, and processes based on customer feedback.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional customer service.
