Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Manager. In this remote position, based in Canada, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by leading and managing our customer support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Develop and maintain customer support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products, services, and processes based on customer feedback.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor customer support metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support to ensure our team remains at the forefront of delivering excellent service.
