Identifié les problèmes avec l'équipement des clients et offrir des suggestions de service à faire
Surveiller attentivement les compétiteurs et leurs activités dans l'industrie
Bâtir des relations durables avec les clients, nouveau et existants
Collaborer avec les autres départements et trouver des opportunités de vendre
Constamment améliorer ses connaissances des produits
Assister à divers événements dans l'industrie
Exigences
Formation, expérience et compétences requises
Diplôme d'études secondaires avec expérience pertinente ou diplôme d'études supérieures en administration de bureau ou dans un domaine connexe
Autres combinaisons d'équivalence travail/éducation peuvent être considérées
Expérience pertinente dans l'industrie
Ambition et motivation
Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles
Bonne connaissance des ordinateurs et des systèmes
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement où les priorités changent
Capacité à travailler plus de 40 heures par semaine
Bilingue (français et anglais) est un atout

Under the supervision of the General Parts Manager and the Branch Manager, the CSR will be responsible for generating sales and service opportunities through a variety of techniques.
This position requires the ability to function in a fast-evolving work environment.
Specific Responsibilities
Advise Equipment Salesmen of potential leads for equipment sales
Contact potential customers via telephone, email or face to face
Visit customers on worksites
Coordinate with Service Manager and Shop Foreman in scheduling equipment service or help in troubleshooting problems
Identify problems or suggest service to be performed on equipment
Pay attention to competitors and their activities within the industry
Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
Work closely with other departments and find opportunities to sell
Continuous improvement of product knowledge
Attend all industry trade shows and events
Requirements
_ Education, experience, and skills required _
High School Diploma with relevant experience or completion of Post-Secondary Education in office administration or related field
Other combinations of work/education equivalence may be considered
Relevant industry experience
Ambitious and driven personality
Excellent interpersonal relation skills
Good computer and systems knowledge
Ability to work in an environment of changing priorities.
Ability to work 40 + hours per week
Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
