Assistant/Customer Service Representative - Remote

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is remote, so you can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely shipment
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Answer customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone calls in a timely and professional manner
