Customer Service Advisor
Key Accountabilities
Answering inbound calls pertaining to customer service and billing support.
Accurately explaining a customer's bill, identifying an overdue balance, and answering account balance questions.
Process credit card payments and assist with pre-authorized payment setup and modification.
Understanding and explaining promotional offers to customers and confidently resolving disputes.
Supporting inquiries and offering assistance with client products, services and applications.
Offering entertainment packages and service solutions that add value to the customer and fit their unique lifestyle and financial needs.
Escalation services to manage complaints that require a Team Leader or Supervisor to make decisions based on guidelines and procedures set out by client.
Meet KPI targets as set by management and the client
Other duties as assigned

Customer Service experience is an asset
Punctual, is consistently at work and on time
Experience & Qualifications
Ability to Navigate Computer applications comfortably
Call center experience an asset but not a requirement
