Customer Service Representative / Data Entry

The Customer Service Representative position is a contract role initially for a 4 to 5 month period anticipated.

The ideal candidate will have two years' experience in administration, exceptional communication skills and stellar attention-to-detail.

• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Contract: 4-5 months
• Location: Vancouver
• Pay: $23.42 per hour

Responsibilities Will Include

• Review and forward listings for other Board areas
• Data entry of information, including amendments, sales, photos, into website
• Assist with ongoing testing of website
• Entering data efficiently and accurately
• Correct data input errors of entered listings as required
• Investigate and follow up with listing info due to complaints received from other members
• Provide assistance to members inquiries
• Add/change information on website information as per association's members request by telephone/fax/e-mail
• Receive and sort information received by fax, e-mail, front counter in-person
• Other administrative duties as required
• Provide support to members on the phone
• Responding to inquiries via phone and in person regarding licensing and policies (training will be provided)
• Provide support to other offices and their admin staff via email, telephone, in person
