You will bring your own entrepreneurial energy, excited and driven to evaluate and propose new investment opportunities. Operating in a complex, fast moving, and very ambitious environment, you will lead a number of functions and will balance the requirement to be very hands on but also highly strategic, attracting, deploying, retaining, and invigorating corporate strategy and structure.

You know what's required to achieve our long term vision and how to challenge status-quo to get there. Your passion for finding, evaluating and investing in new business opportunities and growth areas will be a key success factor for this role. Further, your due diligence in ensuring low risk high return will drive the family business forward. In addition to the new investments, your previous leadership experience in land development and construction projects and managing/upgrading other physical assets will ensure our current portfolio continues to flourish.
