The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and growth across the organization. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of both on site and remote team members across the globe
• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Oversee and improve day-to-day operations
• Execute on operational strategy with professionalism and precision

Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years' of executive experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Strategic planning and business development experience

• You have an impeccable history of success and great references
• Must be willing to relocate. Potential opportunities exist in our Vancouver Canada or Scottsdale, AZ offices.

$175k+ USD pay is commensurate with experience and there is an opportunity to earn bonuses. Equity is on the table for the ideal candidate.
