Kruboss is a start-up acting around mixed martial arts, that has for goals to make it easier for people to get to the right gym, as well as, help gym owners manage their day-to-day business, all of it with a social twist. We have been building mobile and desktop solutions for the martial arts world, for the past years and are now ready to take it to the next level with a brand new platform that is close to readiness.

Role Description

Kruboss is looking for a Co-Founder / CFO. This is an equity position only, be sure to understand what it means.

We are looking for a motivated individual, who has already an established network, who will have for first task to fund raise and help bring our new platform to market, and then manage the entire financials of the operation.

This is a huge opportunity for the right person to establish themselves as a Co-Founder of a ready to go-to-market business, after years of development. The position will be remote first then hybrid.

Qualifications

• Strong interest for martial arts is a huge plus
• Excellent Communication skills
• Analytical Skills and Research skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a startup environment
• Experience with R&D and other government grants
• Sales and Marketing skills
• Experience with IP protection & management a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills
• MBA required
• Experience in fund raising
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Location

Candidates must be residing in Canada and be allowed to work in Canada without sponsorship.
