Job Description

Job Overview:


Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Consulting Sales Director to drive revenue growth in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling technical and business consulting services related to IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Security Operations.The ideal candidate will have experience with industry leading software platforms including; ServiceNow, Splunk, AppDynamics, Snow Software and other IT automation technologies.As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, developing and maintaining client relationships, and growing our national IT Operations Transformation practice.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Canada to understand their needs, identify new opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve annual and ongoing growth targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Canada.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Talent Team Leaders, Operations, Senior Management) to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and client.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in our IT Operations Transformation (ITOT) practice in Canada.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales activities.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a track record of developing and leading successful sales teams.
  • Experience with business or operational transformation initiatives is valuable.
  • Willingness to travel to grow our ITOT practice in multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at executive levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in selling consulting or professional services in Canada, with a track record of planning and executing effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of consulting services and solution implementation projects related to IT Service Management and ServiceNow, as well as industry trends.


Location:


This position is based in Toronto, Canada with travel requirements to Western Canada.
