As a result of continued growth and expansion we’re looking for an ambitious and motivated

Consulting Analyst to join our growing team permanently and full time.

Working as an essential member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of our management and people development consulting services, including (but not limited to) engagements focused on strategic and Annual planning, organizational development and People and HR advisory projects. In addition, you will have the opportunity to conduct a rotation through and support projects across our other service lines including Leadership Coaching and Development and Executive Search.

This is a multi-faceted role encompassing much more than conventional business analysis and is best suited to a versatile, driven self-starter as well as a highly analytical professional. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator with highly effective organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.

You will work directly for the President of Peeple Inc., supporting him on client engagements, as well as with clients themselves through program delivery. In addition, you will be required to work cross-functionally to deliver bundled programs with deliverables stretching across Eexcutive Search and Training and Development.

Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Present ideas and findings from analysis to the President and clients, as required
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Compose and/or prepare presentations, proposals and meeting materials
• Define client data requirements, design methodology for issue and data analysis, and proactively collect data from clients and the market
• Coordinate client events and agendas, including strategic planning meetings, leadership forums, training programs and coaching events
• Analyze large and diverse data sets and conduct market, competitive and customer research (primary and secondary)
• Develop project and analysis plans, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables; identify key risks impacting timely / accurate program delivery, and suggest mitigation strategies
• Independently synthesize data and derive primary issues from analysis, form hypotheses and provide implications for clients’ strategic direction
• Complete rotational projects, as required, in Executive Search and Training and development session materials creation, Management Reports and proposals etc., in coordination with other departments
• Develop client relationships

Qualifications

• Can offer flexibility around working hours when required to meet deadlines
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree; business, finance or analytics-related is preferred, but not required
• Entrepreneurial attitude, willing to ‘wear many hats’ in a boutique and entreprenuerial organization
• Highly analytical with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, advanced proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar
• Experience in a client/ customer-facing role and/ or assisting a senior executive
