Job Description
CNC machine
-preparing the materials for the cnc using the Forklift
-load the sheets and the programs
-labale all the parts and organize them inside the cart
-knowing how to change the tools, resurface the cnc board and the special offset
-doing all the important maintenance for the machine
Edgebander
-load the right tape on the labels
- chose the right programs for each materials
-changing and adjusting the programs to get the perfect edge
-Exellant knowledge how to use and setup each unites
( end trimmer, trimming unit,edge scrapers,glue scraper) and messuer the thickness to be between 0.1 to 0.20
-doing all maintenance,cleaning and inspections.
