The Canadian Channel Programs team is responsible for ensuring that customers have the best possible experience anywhere Apple products are sold across our Channel Retail partners. An essential component of the customer experience is the interaction with partner sales staff and their advocacy for our products. Our Apple sales programs are deployed across select channel partners and enable customers to have the best experience with a salesperson while shopping and purchasing Apple products.

The focus of this role is to be dedicated to improving the experience and execution of Apple Partner Programs across Consumer, Carrier and Enterprise routes-to-market. This role is part of a team that owns all aspects of Channel Program operations including People & Advocacy, Learning Strategy, Training, Merchandising, Digital and Product Launches. By partnering with multiple teams internally, you will improve the effectiveness of People Programs in support of driving ownership and advocacy for Apple.

This will be an internship of up to 4 months in duration.

Key Qualifications

Comfort working with complex data sets and a proficiency in Excel
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively with other teams
Critical problem solver, adept at partnering with others to brainstorm solutions
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality work
Experience working on a Mac a plus but not necessary.

This program offers mentorship and development to elevate your business acumen and give visibility to a wide spectrum of business functions at Apple. In this role, you will:

Collaborate with cross-functional People Programs teams, Business Operations, Sales, Finance and Worldwide Channel teams to influence program execution and deliver a best-in-class participant experience
Manage critical business activities such as roster management, device logistics, field escalations, and support queue management
Partner with Strategy Program Manager to define and deliver analytics and reporting supporting the Apple Excellence Program
