Responsibilities
You will report to your assigned Project Manager daily, assisting them in the day to day responsibilities of making sure our furniture department operates smoothly. This includes working with vendors, checking vendor acknowledgements, working with our Sales Dept, communicating with our Customer Service Dept. & Installers, as well as our customers.
You will work closely with our Installation Staff to administrate daily deliveries & installations. You will be responsible for finding solutions to our daily roadblocks and customer service related issues.
Qualifications
You will have worked in a Customer Service environment for a minimum of 3 years.
Knowledge in CET, our office furniture design program is helpful.
