  • Msc in Supply Chain or logistics.

Position Summary :

You will be responsible to manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that takes into account the distribution costs.


A day in the life of a Cate gory Supply Planner :


  • Establish the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to ensure Customer Service and satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints.
  • Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location.
  • Load planning: Plan and optimize mixed loads taking into account transportation constraints.
  • Challenge Production Planners to manage lot sizes, cycle times to drive optimum FG inventory and required Freshness level. Also challenge Demand Planner to improve Demand Planning Accuracy.
  • Establish and periodically review stock policies for Finished Goods.
  • Ensures proper Master Data settings and Event Management related SNP visibility (launches, re-launches, discontinuations).
  • Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the Business Planning process.
  • Analyze exceptions, take business decisions within agreed Framework (based on priorities or after arbitration and product allocation) and adjust planning results accordingly. Establish production requirements for short and long term and to follow up on production plans.
  • Analyze and effectively communicate relevant information to respective Stakeholders. Highlighting all supply issues in proper advance. Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related tradeoffs.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team at the Brampton office, with a direct reporting line to the Credit Manager. In this dynamic position, you will play a vital role in executing AR collections, managing invalid deductions, and diligently implementing internal control procedures. Your primary focus will be on safeguarding receivables, optimizing cash flow, and proactively mitigating business risks, contributing significantly to the financial stability and success of the organization.
A day in the life of a Bilingual Credit & Collections Analyst:
  • Proactively seek root causes of late payments and recommend process improvements to drive efficient and effective operational performance
  • Identifies collection concerns and demonstrates effective risk reduction collection strategies and negotiation techniques
  • Executes the credit policy and align customers to standard payment terms to support working capital
  • Participates in Lean/Continuous improvements projects related to productivity and /or cost reductions
  • Executes identified business and internal controls of AR processes
  • Executes collection efforts for invalid non-trade customer disputes to minimize profit loss and improve working capital
  • Executes analysis and distribution of periodic reports related to performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's); Recommend action plans to correct deviations in services and initiative process improvement
What will make you successful?
  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Post-secondary education in business or finance. Working towards an accounting designation is an asset.
  • Knowledge/experience in process improvement and automation (ie. RPA) is a distinct advantage
  • Experience using or knowledge of SAP
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Credit and Collections, preferably in the Food industry
