The Job!

As a Supply Planner, you will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to monitor and control inventory levels, analyze sales forecasts, and fulfill product needs to meet customer demand. Your general responsibilities will include:

• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery and availability of inventory
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations
• Generate reports on key performance indicators and supply chain metrics
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Conduct inventory analysis and propose action plans for optimization
• Collaborate on inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels
• Analyze sales forecasts and customer demand patterns for accurate demand forecasting
• Coordinate with suppliers to track shipments and resolve supply-related issues

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Post-secondary education in relevant field
• Experience working with a large number of SKUS/products.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, inventory planning, replenishment.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and inventory management
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus or any ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
