a day in the life
Reporting to the Senior Manager, North America Brand Marketing, this role will be a key contributor to driving growth for the North America business and building brand equity in our largest market. As an experienced marketer, this role provides leadership across all marketing channels and brand creative, bringing to life innovative, integrated campaigns that deliver on business and brand objectives.
This Brand Marketing Manager role will be focused on event and community marketing that engages guests and brings the experience to life across all touch points. They will lead the go to market event strategy and drive marketing execution throughout the full guest journey, online and in-real-life.
The Brand Marketing Manager will build strong relationships across the organization to drive forward initiatives, with expert understanding on how to execute large scale event programs that drive meaningful ROI.
What You'll Do
  • Manage and coordinate the integrated, cross-functional go-to-market process for event programs to bring brand and product stories to life from brief to concept development to final communication.
  • Manage stakeholders and keep leadership enrolled in all marketing plans.
  • Responsible for management of project budget.
  • Collaborate with the North America events team and cross-functional partners, to lead and develop marketing and communication strategies to support event franchises and experiences.
  • Accountable to set and drive key KPI’s as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings.
  • Define business objectives and develop briefs, communication plans, deliverables, and creative concepts.
  • Build localized marketing plans to deploy global and regional event initiatives across the North American market, including and not limited to merchandising, ecommerce, retail, digital marketing, social, community, and PR channels.
  • Work with key cross-functional partners to deliver best in class channel experiences.
  • Understand and evaluate the market landscape, competitor activities and category opportunities.
What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and executive teams.
  • Bachelors degree in related field required
  • If immigration support required:
  • Apparel and/or Footwear industry experience preferred
  • A university degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
  • Proven experience developing and driving digital and offline initiatives from inception to execution.
  • 5-7 years marketing and/or agency experience, or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding and proven experience in event marketing virtually and IRL for a global brand
  • Successful experience and proven ability to work well with others across the business.
  • Several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business required
  • Experience using analytics and performance data to inform priorities and deliver results.
