Bilingual Call Centre Agent

Job Title: Bilingual Client Service Rep (Remote - MUST BE ANYWHERE IN ONTARIO)

Salary: $50K + Bonus and Growth Potential - 3 weeks vacation and excellent benefits with company

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Client Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to accurately handle customer service requests and inquiries through various administrative systems. This position is within a CALL CENTRE setting - but is a first party role with a strong and reputable firm.

Hours: Flexibility needed between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday (weekend rotational shift)

Responsibilities:

• Handle some escalated calls and issues as they come up
• Provide support and assistance to customers on a daily basis through the call centre system (by both phone and email)
• Assist customers with standard account-related requests, change of information or update and advise on current company standards and policies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve specific customer requirements/issues
• Continuously learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment
• Respond to customer service requests and inquiries in both French and English in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Strong phone confidence and professionalism in all modes of communication
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Post secondary education is highly preferred but not a must
• Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• 1-2 years + customer service experience (call centre experience is a plus)
