Clinical Associate - Odette Cancer Centre, Division Of Gynaecologic Oncology (2023-5365)

The Division of Gynaecologic Oncology at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is seeking a Clinical Associate. The anticipated start date is October 1st, 2023 (or thereafter), and is for 1-2 full days/week (negotiable). This appointment is renewable yearly conditional upon satisfactory performance.

No obligation of the division or institution exists beyond the above term. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of an existing team of 6 Gynecologic Oncologists based at Sunnybrook, a fully-affiliated teaching hospital with the University of Toronto associated with the Odette Cancer Centre. This job is focused on Women’s Health and Oncology. Clinics are all out patient (0830-1700) and include cancer clinic visits, and colposcopy (no prior experience necessary, training will be provided).

In joining an accomplished inter-professional team of healthcare professionals, the successful candidate will prioritize working collegially and collaboratively, with emphasis on excellent communication skills, professional practices and conduct. This individual should be passionate about patient care in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualified applicants must have an MD degree, and either be licensed, or be eligible for an independent or restricted academic licence, under the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. The successful candidate must be eligible for a courtesy appointment in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sunnybrook Hospital.
