Statistical Programming Associate Director – Oncology Jobs

Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the applicable CCMB policy

Three (3) years’ experience within settings such as medical/surgical or ambulatory care

Previous experience in chemotherapy administration and IV insertion

Engagement/project leadership experience including leading multi-disciplinary teams and handling partner relationships.

Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Extensive knowledge of the latest RWE related technical and regulatory environment.

Identify and evaluate data assets and develop an annual data strategic plan for key regions in partnership with key internal collaborators.

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and operational management.

7+ years at senior management level with oversight of employees and managers.

A degree in Social/Human Services, Business and Economic Development field (or equivalent combination of formal training and experience).

Demonstrated experience in program design, content development and adaptations in digital and in-person environments.

At least some relevant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or Regulatory Agency.

Good understanding of ICH and Regulatory Guidelines including submission requirements and data conformance (e.g., Pinnacle21)

Statistical Programming and SAS, R, or Python hands-on experience

Working knowledge of clinical data and relevant data standards (e.g., CDISC)

Strong programming skills in C++ or C# a requirement, experience with both a plus;

Experience with one of PC, Xbox One or PlayStation 4 a requirement - some experience with all three a plus;

Previous experience as a Technical Director at least for one full game cycle, from conception to delivery;

Strong debugging skills required; notions of assembler and GPU debugging a plus;

Specialized knowledge in graphics, systems, physics, networking, AI, sound or gameplay programming a plus;

Steer and guide the technological ship for the project, and the teams involved;

Industry or academic experience in drug development

Detailed knowledge of GCP and other regulations governing clinical research.

Strong experience with regulatory submission and related activities

Emerging leadership skills with the ability to influence others and drive consensus building

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Evidence of excellent skills in communication, influencing, programme management, and regulatory interactions

PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant subject

Experience in diagnostic tests or segmentation tools in clinical development, within a diagnostic or pharmaceutical setting

Significant experience of Precision Medicine approaches and diagnostic development within the relevant therapeutic area

Manage relationships and budgets with vendors to ensure timely completion of high quality, projects

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the disease state, market & customer dynamics, the competitive landscape, and reimbursement issues

Understanding and knowledge and application of epidemiological/health outcomes methodology within pharmaceutical industry at an international level.

Knowledge of the Global and US healthcare systems and their changing needs for health economic and payer analytic information.

Scientific expertise in oncology with knowledge of different data sources

Demonstrated expertise in analytical, judgment and problem-solving skills.

3 or more years of experience in a similar role

Oncology experience would be an advantage

Lead strategic, statistical thinking and contributions to clinical development plans

Through collaboration with experts, develop design options and provide quantitative decision support

Innovate and improve study design through adaptive design and Bayesian methods, including trial simulation

People management experience within a field based or head office role

Good planning / project management skills

Forecasting / budget management skills

Provide leadership to the Integrated Brand Teams and support Field Operations Director with the day-to-day management of KAM Team;

>5 years pharmaceutical brand management in Oncology

Manage the documental and operational activities needed for campaign operations.

Experience in business development and revenue generation, such as management/strategic consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or strategic marketing.

Experience working with ministries of health and finance and proven track record to knowledgeable and effectively interact with both key actors;

Product Management experience, launching products or services would be huge plus

Oversee an inclusive startup selection process, including the development and management of the selection committee.

Oversee recruitment, hiring and management of program operations staff including full time and part time program personnel.

Maintain regular touchpoints with OCI and MEDJCT and update TBDC Management on ongoings and upcoming items

Comprehensive knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements

At least 3 years of Industry experience with Master’s or 5+ years with Bachelor’s degree

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence team members

Good knowledge of CDISC standards and industry best practices

Experience leading studies or activities in clinical trials

Bachelor’s or Master’s (or local equivalent) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Life or Social Sciences or related field

Knowledge of data analysis documentations and data quality management.

Effective organizational and time management skills.

Oversees management and storage of patient records, and implement, manage and supervise procedures for the use of such records.

Leading the development of diagnostics across AstraZeneca’s early and late stage oncology portfolios through close collaborations with our external diagnostic partners.

Evaluates staff training needs and arranges for training initiatives, particularly regarding qualifications and certifications.

Understanding of business needs, project management, process development

Address issues with City of Brampton policies, procedures, contractual requirements, and methodology identified by arts industry partners.

Ensure that arts industry partners fulfil contractual requirements.

Provide onsite or remote immediate resolution or decision-making to front-line staff for issues that arise onsite during events.

Experience developing relationships and partnerships involving multiple stakeholders and organizations.
