The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who would be interested in an upcoming long-term hybrid-remote mandate offered within the Ottawa, ON region.

Project Management Skillsets and Experience include:

• Network Segmentation
• Cisco voice gateways
• Servers / Cloud:
• Cisco Wi-Fi technologies
• Upgrading / replacing BMC Track IT ticketing system
• Patch & Vulnerability management program development
• Secondary data centre implementations
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune)
• File server migrations to SharePoint / Cloud / etc…
• FortiNet suite of solutions – EMS, Analyzer, etc…
• Network core upgrade
• Server 2012 upgrades / migrations
• Disaster Recovery Policies, Processes and Procedures
• ITSM / Ticketing platforms:

Required:

• Provide and monitor project development and schedules of 2-3 projects / initiatives at any given time, depending on scope and complexity.
• Co-ordinate the review of all architectural / design documents as prepared by project partners;
• Attend all site meetings to monitor progress as required at project milestones
• Co-ordinate project activities with partners and stakeholders and document inputs and approvals as it relates to impacts to their applications;
• Review project specifications, budget and timeline objectives;
• Provide progress reports as required;
• Manage all changes to the scope of project through the change notice/change order process;
• Attend other meetings as per Client’s request.
• Review and submit to IT OPS manager, project related invoicing
• Manage Resources on behalf of the Clients;
• Develop and monitor tasks and milestones;
• Make presentations as required;
