Role & Responsibilities

Role: Infrastructure Project Manager.

Location-Mississauga ,Ontario, Canada

Infrastructure Project manager is responsible for delivery of IT Infrastructure elements of business projects.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manages the delivery of large integrated solutions involving multiple stake holders
2. Does coordination with cross infrastructure work streams and business
3. Determines overall project plan, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for complex integrated IT Infrastructure Solutions.
4. Manage agreed scope of project & ensure project meet the quality requirements.
5. Leads the delivery of multi-national/ multi-partner projects.
6. Is the key technical contributor for project management methodology and tools.
7. Solves complex, high impact project design, coordination problems
8. Coordinate with teams on-site and offshore in different time zones
9. Coordinate with third party vendors for deliveries and installs
10. Manage Discovery, Assessment and Migration of workloads

Technical skills

• 4+ Years of IT Infrastructure - System Integration Project Management experience
• Ability to create the project documents as necessary to detail.
• Proficient in Project management tools & processes
• Should have experience in Azure Infrastructure Build and Migration
• Should have experience as migration lead for workload migrations
• ITIL Awareness - Good understanding of Change Management, Incident Management, MIM & other ITIL process.
• Ability to build project schedule in MS Project
• Prior experience of leading Transformation Project involving DC Migration and Cloud Migration
• Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones
• Engineering Degree with 14 + years in IT
• Good and effective written and oral communication
• Good people management skill

• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent leadership skills such as being accountable for all cloud related tasks i.e. design, build, incidents, service request, problem records and changes.
• Customer centric & collaborative approach in professional life.
