Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Acts as a project manager for the Stations P&C and Telecom portfolio delivering projects on scope and on budget.

Telecommunication experience min. 5 years experience

Works with internal teams as well as External Service Providers for timely delivery of the projects.

Demonstrated working knowledge in one or more technology areas: BMaaS, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, IaaS, PaaS, Observability, IAM

Experienced in applying PLG methodologies to drive customer adoption and growth

Experience with partner business models, GTM motions, channel and resellers, VARs, and System Integrators

Experienced working in a global technology organization requiring cross-functional/organization relationship building at all levels

Excellent communication skills with the ability lead by influence to navigate complex landscapes

Product roadmap and execution plan.

• A minimum nine (9) years of project management experience or equivalent.

• Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation

Role: Project Manager - Infrastructure Level 2 (Engineering)

Work Location: Work from home - must be living in British Columbia

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a multi-vendor IT Service Management environment

Actively participate in scheduled supplier governance meetings identifying shortcomings of services provided, areas for improvement, costs management

Ensure conformity to established Cloud Services policies and standards, prioritizing delivery of exceptional end users’ experiences.

Support project managers and Solutions teams calling out run-state risks related to implementation of cloud services.

Identify, document, and present operational requirements and needs to internal and external services providers.

Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and services including RBAC roles and permissions.

Organized with great prioritization and time management skills

Assist the CSM (Customer Success Manager)and Problem Management team in the root cause analysis process and technical corrective actions

Assist the problem management process for all assigned clients

Support operations for Change management and validation post implementation

Provide inputs to CSM on risk and issue management for the client environment

Manage new device enrollment, configuration

- Experience with stakeholder management, reporting, requirement gathering, budgeting, forecasting... etc

- 5 years experience as an Infrastructure PM

- Previous project experience in deploying an MS Teams

Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team

- Previous experience working in the Oil&Gas industry

1) Managing the build out of an operation center "video wall" (50% of time spent here)

Develop and maintain IAC utilizing tools like Ansible and Terraform to streamline and automate our infrastructure provisioning and management

Utilize AWS suite to manage and optimize deployments specific to our cloud-based resources, ensuring seamless operational efficiency

Extensive experience in server provisioning and AWS environments

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Provision, maintain, and monitor servers across our infrastructure to uphold Uptime.com's commitment to maximum availability

Handle support inquiries with professionalism, escalating and resolving infrastructure-related issues promptly

Work with Product Management to define the vision and strategy for Ubuntu and your team

Effectively set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders

Work from home with global travel for up to 6 weeks per year for internal and external events

You are knowledgeable and passionate about software development

You have 3+ years of experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring software developers. Experience managing distributed teams is a plus.

You have experience working in an agile development environment

- Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized

4+ Years of IT Infrastructure - System Integration Project Management experience

ITIL Awareness - Good understanding of Change Management, Incident Management, MIM & other ITIL process.

Proficient in Project management tools & processes

Manage agreed scope of project & ensure project meet the quality requirements.

Is the key technical contributor for project management methodology and tools.

Prior experience of leading Transformation Project involving DC Migration and Cloud Migration

Strong depth of practical experience and knowledge of public cloud providers (preferably AWS)

Identity Management, AWS IAM, SSO, Okta, Workspace ONE Access and Google.

10+ years of practical hands-on experience with private/public Cloud Architecture, Networking, DevSecOps/SRE.

Experienced with SaaS software development and SDLC, focused on dev enablement like CI/CD pipelines and Cloud operations.

Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code and automation with Terraform and/or CDK.

Great communication skills. (Yes, everyone writes that - but we really mean it.)

Experience with Windows patch management and anti-virus technologies (preferablyCrowdStrike, WSUS, Intune)

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Operating Systems and services (Windows

Server 2016-2019), Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.), Azure Active Directory (EnterpriseApplications, Conditional Access) and Intune (Device and Application Management).

Microsoft 365 Administration (Portal for management, Teams, Exchange, etc.).

• Microsoft 365 Defender (Policy management, threat detection, and vulnerability management)

• PMP Certification or Project Experience

Three years of project coordination/management experience.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Experience working in Eclipse Project Management Suite is a plus.

Lead implementation projects following organization’s project management methodology, including communication, schedule development and reporting.

Five or more years of experience working in IT and experience in IT infrastructure project implementation.

Ability to creatively problem solve using critical thinking skills.

Participate in the design, implementation and management of workload automation initiatives

Adhere to firm Change Management, Problem Management policies and familiarity with ITIL or other formalized IT operations foundations

10+ years of relevant IT experience

Extensive knowledge of Linux based systems including Hardware, software, networking and storage

Experience architecting cloud infrastructures on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for small, medium scale and enterprise level applications

Certifications on Amazon Web Services, including Solutions Architect, Developer, or Azure are highly desirable

Design, implement, automate, secure, govern, and administer Cloud platforms to satisfy the hosting requirements and capabilities of applications

5+ years of hands-on experience with infrastructure design and deployment utilizing PaaS and IaaS cloud offerings

5+ years of experience in Azure

Extensive experience with open technologies, DevOps, and related IaC tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform

Certifications: Microsoft AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and at least one other Microsoft Azure certification related to Cloud Services provisioning and management

Evangelize, implement, manage, and continually improve a robust Cloud Operations and DevOps function for cloud services

Implement and manage processes and controls that assure maximum uptime and quick service to the user community for Cloud workloads

Design, implement, deploy, and manage systems/applications monitoring processes and tools to proactively identify and resolve problems within the cloud platform

Cloud FinOps certification and at least one certification from the DevOps Institute is considered an asset.

12+ years of financial or controls experience in Construction/Engineering

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or an equivalent degree is require

Strong working knowledge of accounting including: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax

Experience with configuration management systems (AWS Cloud Formation, Ansible, Terraform)

Experience/knowledge of infrastructure security topics.

Other cloud experience and/or certifications. AWS Preferred.

Experience in deploying and maintaining solutions in AWS.

Experience with containerized application deployment and maintenance in AWS

Experience in Linux server environments
