Assistant Property Manager 2-Person Team, Bedford

We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager Team to live at one of our properties and share their working duties between two properties in Bedford. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
This position would require you to work with a partner and share a two-bedroom apartment.

Assistant Property Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities Of Assistant Property Managers

•  Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
•  Responding to on-call requests
•  Preparing apartments for new residents
•  Assisting with leasing suites
•  Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
•  Minor maintenance repairs

Requirements Of Assistant Property Managers

•  Cleaning experience
•  Minor maintenance skills
•  Ability to perform in a team environment
•  Customer service skills
•  Ability to work some evening and weekends.
