Job Description

Hire4Me is seeking a professional and dedicated Property Manager to work for a leading full-service condominium management company serving the Windsor, Ontario, region.   • Valid driver's license with your own insured vehicle for local travel

What's the job?

As the Property Manager, you're the essential bridge between condo owners, the board of directors, and our client. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating maintenance issues and managing the RFP process for quotations
  • Managing resident concerns and complaints effectively
  • Implementing and overseeing decisions made by the board of directors
  • Presenting financials in a clear and concise manner
  • Facilitating monthly board meetings and taking minutes

Work Schedule: Regular 8-hour shift, occasional evening meetings as required (virtually or in-person) with your assigned condo boards may be required.
