Assistant Property Manager 2-Person Team, Woodstock

We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager Team to live and work at one of our properties in Woodstock. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
This position would require you to work with a partner and share a two-bedroom apartment.

Assistant Property Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities Of Assistant Property Managers

•  Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
•  Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
•  Preparing apartments for new residents
•  Assisting with leasing suites
•  Minor maintenance repairs
•  Responding to on-call requests

Requirements Of Assistant Property Managers

•  Minor maintenance skills
•  Ability to perform in a team environment
•  Ability to work some evening and weekends.
•  Customer service skills
•  Cleaning experience
