Responsibilities
What will you be doing?

• Assisting the Plant Manager with overseeing daily production activities
• Assist Plant Manager in overseeing employee activities to ensure safe and efficient work operations
• Provide direction and leadership to all supervisors
• Analyze production and quality metrics and make recommendations for process improvement
• Work closely with Production Supervisors, Team Leads, and Operators
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure productivity targets are met
• Effectively lead, train, and develop supervisors to help them attain their goals
• Inspect and monitor equipment to ensure all are in good working order
• Ensuring compliance with all organizational standards, safety, policies, and legal regulations
• Use of computer systems to track and analyze data

Qualifications
Experience we're looking for?

• Ability to input and analyze data using computer systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience developing, implementing, and auditing standardized work instructions throughout the facility
• Ability to identify issues or problems and communicate them to the appropriate production department
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• 3+ years' supervisory experience in a metal stamping/automotive manufacturing capacity
