About The Team


The Packaged Content Strategy team supports the consulting ecosystem in ensuring efficiency through consistent, focused, and standardized materials.


You will be joining a dynamic group that works across Solution Enablement, Product, Sales & Services.

About The Role


We are looking for a successful candidate to:


  • Align content types to the bigger Packaged Content Strategy and Workday Methodology
  • Use your experience and understanding of Workday deployments and methodologies to align consulting materials with our content strategy and approach
  • Work independently and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Program manage for efficiency and consistency
  • Meet agreed-upon goals for approvals and publishing
  • Understand the content needs of consultants and the business from a broad perspective.
  • Identify and understand key partners and collaborators
  • Create and edit content that aligns to our internal style guides, brand guidelines, and the Packaged Content Strategy and Workday Methodology
  • Work with Senior Manager and other team members to understand our deployment approaches and ensure packaged content types support customer adoption of Workday


About You


We are open to hiring a Packaged Content Production Manager OR a Senior Packaged Content Production Manager


Basic Qualifications (Packaged Content Production Manager )


3-5 years of experience either directly or indirectly with deploying Workday


Basic Qualifications (Senior Packaged Content Production Manager)


5-7 years of experience either directly or indirectly with deploying Workday


Other Qualifications


  • Proactive with strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge with Workday Financials or Workday HCM as well as a good understanding of existing Workday methodologies
  • Effective collaborator with the ability to drive cross-functional projects
  • Experience driving the development of content that is timely and relevant
  • Experience leading the measurement and optimization of content performance and reporting success metrics
  • Experience working in a global environment with different cultures, languages and time zones
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator with the ability to synthesize detailed information and convey to internal and external team members


Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States


The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.CA.Pleasanton


Primary Location Base Pay Range: $100,600 - $150,900


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $81,600 - $150,900
