Job Description

AirMason is a fast-growing SaaS startup in the HR industry. Through beautiful design and thoughtful technology, we’re changing the way HR teams manage onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement.


We pride ourselves on being remote-first, having extreme autonomy, and offering the ability to grow in a fast-paced environment.


One of our team is heading off on maternity leave (eek!) so we’re looking for someone to take over in their absence. You’ll be supporting our small but mighty team in their day-to-day administrative needs, which could range from reviewing designs for final approval, managing and processing the team’s expenses, or consulting on client integrations.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Actively supporting, managing, and anticipating the administrative needs of the Sales and Customer Success teams internally
  • Completing content upload and migration tasks
  • Be ready, moreover eager to tackle changing responsibilities as the needs of our team grow and evolve
  • Formatting and design work within our custom editor
  • Working closely with the Design and Customer Success teams to reach client deadlines and push successful outcomes
  • Working on varied projects with our awesome book of clients to help push handbooks through to launch and manage their ongoing admin needs
  • Supporting client delivery, which could include arranging training sessions, jumping in on design work, taking meeting minutes, reviewing proposals/integrations/designs, and other tasks as they happen

Who you are:

  • You have some demonstrated administrative experience within an organized environment, i.e. workplace, community, academia etc.
  • High-energy and resilient when it comes to both complex problem solving and big-picture thinking
  • You’re tech savvy and unafraid of the agile startup environment
  • You take a proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to prioritize based on urgency and timing
  • You’re resourceful and full of initiative; able to work autonomously and communicate effectively while working fully remotely (zero micromanagement, high trust environment)
  • You can handle a degree of ambiguity and work with flexibility, adapting to changing priorities
  • You’re a team player who isn’t afraid to jump into a variety of tasks and help out wherever you’re needed


While this role is currently a contract cover of 9 months during a maternity leave, we’re growing fast and welcome applications from those who would like to find their spot in AirMason for a long-term position.
