To put it simple, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our Sales Consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle so all our clients have to do is fly! Our clients consists of sports teams, music tours, destination weddings, company sponsored events and and many more!

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Entering data into our systems including flight times
- Updating clients about flights
- Over seeing flights, including flight watching (while in the office) to ensure our client is kept updated at all times
- Working with Excel spreadsheets
- Retrieving data from Excel and CRM system
- Understanding client requirements in line with contractual SLA’s
- Managing emails (requests, dispatching, invoices etc.)
- Following-up with brokers and carriers about invoices
- Completing all admin tasks required for the flight.ie: preparing reports post flight
- Travailler avec des feuilles de calcul Excel
- Effectuer les tâches administratives afin d’assister les courtiers, tel que; préparer les rapports après le vol
- Récupération de données à partir d'Excel et du système CRM
- Comprendre les exigences des clients conformément aux SLA contractuels
- Informer les clients des vols
- Suivi avec les courtiers et les transporteurs au sujet des factures
- Saisie de données dans nos systèmes
- Surveiller les vols, inclant le suivi des vols sur les heures de travail pour s'assurer que notre client est tenu au courant à tout moment
- Gestion des courriel (demandes, expédition, factures, etc.)
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work with urgency
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and with strong problem resolution skills
- Bilingual fluency in both English and French (professional working level, verbal and written)
- Proven experience in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in airline operations/ aviation would be a strong advantage would be a plus
- Ability to work independently, but always being a team player
- Proven track record in providing outstanding customer experience
- Capacité à rester calme sous pression et avec de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Expérience dans les opérations aériennes / l'aviation serait un atout majeur
- Expérience approfondie de Microsoft Excel
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, mais toujours en équipe

- Une attention exceptionnelle aux détails avec la capacité de travailler sous pression.
