Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Trainer (French & English Speaking)

Resolute Technologies is currently seeking a Training Consultant - MS Dynamic 365 ERP with advanced WMS for an implementation with our client located in Montreal, Canada. The project is expected to last 9-12 months.

Travel to client site as needed and determined by the project requirements.

Work instructions and standard operating procedures do exist in US English. The trainer will need to translate all documentation from US English to French Canadian. Responsibilities of this role also include leading the collaboration with stakeholders and being responsible for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Prepare training schedules and coordinate with various groups
• Provide end user support during deployment
• Identify training requirements and conduct value assessment of customer training
• Capture business process scenarios and develop comprehensive operational training documentation
• Prepare training materials and course instructions for user training at the client site
• Drive and analyze senior management needs, implement strategic communications and training tactics that support and promote the program.
• Deliver training on MS Dynamic 365 to the user through various training methods
• Conduct analysis of business processes and integration requirements and provide recommended design and technological solution

Skills/Requirements:

• 5-7 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Training and Technical Writing experience
• Experience writing training materials and writing user guides
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Experience defining and documenting the change management process, responsibilities, and expectations for deliverables
• Experience with warehouse and logistics environment
• Experience creating training plans, resource allocation plans, and schedules
