Various Administrator Job Opportunities in Forst Saskatchewan, Alberta!
Allied Universal is currently seeking Administrators for a site in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

• Shift Timing - 06:00-16:00 hrs and nights 16:00-02:00 hrs.
• Rotational 4 days on or 4 days off
• Full - Time Opportunity
• Hourly Rate - $20.56
• Temporary 3 months

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Process new to site workers and create site access ID badges
• Additional Admin duties as required
• Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures
• Ensure that safety and emergency procedures are followed
• Data entry as needed
• Use communications devices such as radios and cell phones

Requirements:

• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Must be flexible and be able to work days, afternoons or nights. (Training will take place on days and then the new hires will be assigned to one of the available rotations as stated above in the schedule)
• Licensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in computer skills at client specific sites.
• Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Read, understand and clearly speak English; with an ability to effectively communicate to customers
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check
• Must have a VALID Driver’s License
• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Have a reliable vehical to get to and from the site
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
