Job Description
Our client, located in the North York area is looking to find the perfect candidate for an exciting role within their Administration team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with our client, a leader within their industry. The Administrator position offers a variety of tasks within a professional environment. Our client is looking for an individual capable of multitasking while providing friendly and professional support.

Advantages
  • 2 months contract with the possibility of extensions
  • Hybrid role
  • Competitive pay rate of $30/hour
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 (flexible)
  • The start date will be immediately
Responsibilities
What does the typical day look like(duties)?
  • Event planning (office parties/events)
  • Input Invoices into Excel documents
  • Complete daily Purchase Orders
  • Entering orders into SAP/Coupa Databases
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of Admin experience in a financial sector-type environment
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
  • Knowledge of SAP/COUPA is an asset
  • Problem-Solving and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Resourcefulness and versatile personality
