Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting and streamlining office operations? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our organization. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.
- Assist in event planning and coordination, including logistical arrangements and on-site support.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing timely and professional responses.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination of projects and tasks.
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
