We seek a highly experienced and dedicated 3PL Warehouse Operations and EDI Compliance Manager to join our team. This position will oversee and manage our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse compliance, order management, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) connections and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily to internal teams regarding order status and KPIs for the warehouse.
• Oversee and manage the overall 3PL warehouse operations ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage relationships and costs associated with our freight carriers.
• Create and set up dashboards, KPIs, chargebacks, and scorecards to evaluate and manage 3PL providers and vendors for Key Performance protocols.
• Manage and communicate incoming containers and freight coming into the warehouse.
• Regularly review and evaluate 3PL performance, implementing any necessary improvements or changes.
• Oversee EDI connectivity, and manage all aspects of EDI transactions, ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure data exchange with our 3PL partners.
• Manage all aspects of inventory entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and 3PL and EDI operations regulations.
• Create strict protocols and guidelines for our customer's experience regarding receiving their orders promptly, accurately and with complete transparency.
• Create and manage internal budgets around all EDI, Warehouse, Operations, and carriers related to our 3PL.
• Maintain and enhance EDI system architecture, optimizing for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage all aspects of inventory, orders and customer experience for all Lug operations.
• Monitor costs incurred and ensure chargebacks align with policy advising Merchandising and vendors throughout the process.
• Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to improve and streamline our EDI processes, aligning with business needs and objectives.
• Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently, managing any discrepancies and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Address any issues or problems that arise with 3PL or EDI operations, implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and EDI standards and protocols.
• Proven experience in managing 3PL warehouse operations and EDI systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively address and resolve complex issues.
