Overview Sales Business Development is a role that involves developing and managing relationships with customers, prospects, and partners in order to increase sales and revenue. This role requires a combination of sales, marketing, and customer service skills. Detailed Job Description Sales Business Development professionals are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing customer relationships. They must be able to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They must also be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
