Workday Payroll Consulting Manager Jobs

Working knowledge of payroll software platforms like Ceridian Dayforce, ADP Workforce, Sage 50 etc.

Working knowledge of Kronos/Oracle R12 System for HR, Time / Labor and General Ledger

Manage overall payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and time for all employees (salaried, fixed-rate, temporary, expatriates).

Oversee and manage all aspects of SAP Time and Schedule including queries, configuration, and maintenance of schedules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with other business functions.

Should have 5+ years of strong project management experience with Workday HCM application.

Should have overall 12-15 years of working experience with HCM applications like Oracle , SAP , Peoplesoft

Should have Techno Functional expertise in Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll modules in Workday

Should be able to work with business users to gather requirements, write functional and technical specifications and communicate technical requirements.

2+ years of people management experience

Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices.

2+ years experience configuring Workday Payroll (preference for Absence & Time Tracking)

Experience with third-party Payroll providers (ADP & CloudPay preferred)

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are essential

Preferred experience maintaining systems that support complex organizations covering multiple geographies
