• Researching and recommending suitable travel options
• Booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
• Providing customers with information on destinations, customs, and regulations
• Assisting customers with visa and passport applications
• Keeping up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments
• Resolving customer complaints and inquiries
Skill Requirements
• Knowledge of the travel industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
