We are looking for someone who has a passion for travel, experience in the service industry, and is excited to learn and develop a new career. If you are a positive outgoing person and are interested in joining our Moncton team as a Junior Travel Advisor, we would like to speak to you.


Responsibilities


What you'll be doing on the job:


  • Building relationships.
  • Booking rental cars, hotels, and flights
  • Talking to people. Find out what their needs are and offer appropriate options.
  • Get to experience the world.
  • Promoting Travel on social media.


Qualifications


What has made you who you are:


  • You have experience in the service and hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or a business in the tourism sector.
  • You pay attention to details.
  • You possess a basic knowledge of travel through personal experiences.
  • Bilingualism considered an asset.
  • You embrace technology and would be excited to learn new and travel specific programs.
  • You know people, I mean really know them, and you possess an uncanny ability to match the appropriate travel product with the client.
  • You're a fan of CAA! You understand the benefits of CAA products and services and are not afraid to spread the word.
  • You are blessed with outstanding sales and service techniques.
  • Communication is your thing; you are a keen listener and can deliver a message clearly and succinctly.
  • You would be willing to earn your CTC / CTM certification.
