Luxury Travel Advisor
We are a high end supplier of the luxury travel space. Our exciting environment is a great place to work and will give you a chance to interact with the travel industry! This position is for a full-time travel specialist who will be responsible for management of client travel logistics and handling all travel requirements. Customer service oriented individual that is driven to succeed and willing to learn more about the luxury travel space! Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Luxury Travel Advisor? We are seeking a passionate, driven, and sales-driven individual to join our elite team. As a Luxury Travel Advisor, you will indulge in the world of luxury travel and help our discerning clients curate their dream vacations. If you have a knack for sales, a hunger for success, and an insatiable love for the finer things in life, this is the job for you!
What you will be doing:
1.Fully service all inquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation.
2.Work hand in hand with clients to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the trip experience is tailored to their unique needs
3.Ensure all reservations meet company and client expectations
4.Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditures
5.Process accounting queries from both the client and Finance department through to the end
6.Respond to all communications proactively, promptly, efficiently, and accurately. This includes phone calls to each client and follow ups on quotes and existing bookings
7.Build professional relationships with key vendors relevant and always support preferred supplier programs
8.Attend company training sessions as needed
9.Report, investigate and resolve errors or/and client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service
10. Flexible to occasionally accommodate needs outside of office hours to manage time zones and other work commitments
11. Perform other duties as assigned
Who you are:
1.Must be organized and have ability to multitask, assist where needed, have strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure
2.Strong proficiency with computers and modern office equipment
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4.Must have a High School Diploma or GED
5.Driven with a strong work ethic looking for a long term career in the travel industry
6.Experienced in the hospitality industry
7.You have a customer-first mentality with a strong sales background
8.Driven self-starter with a strong work ethic looking for a long term career in the travel industry
9.Capable of managing a demanding workload, following up with customers, and providing a premium level of service to VIP clients
Experience:
1.Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
1.High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
