B.S. in operations, engineering or B.Com in Business, or minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or process improvement

Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and managing strategic business programs

Manage NPS survey insights to ensure customer delight

Through strong partnerships with People and Culture, consult on the effective enhancements of internal talent management principles, process and tools

Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience executing on Indigenous employment strategies/projects or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion related employment strategies

Excellent written communication skills coupled with the ability to write or edit high quality business documents.

7-10 years of equivalent experience in product management strategy

Broad knowledge of IT and telecommunication industry

Very strong knowledge of business analytics

Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions

Strong organizational skills, with ability to effectively prioritize to meet deadlines

Bilingual (English and French) preferred
