Developing and delivering Arc’teryx net zero strategy and driving implementation across the organization

Good understanding of Program/Project Management methodologies & skills and Human-Centered Design

Understand global, regional, channel and functional strategies and ensure alignment with guest experience innovation roadmap and strategy

Explore and recommend opportunity areas by analyzing impact to guest experience, business, ROI potential, and effort to implement

Strategic support to Global Guest Innovation program owners, Strategy Managers and other teams as needed

Coordinate quarterly meetings and newsletters with international teams to maximize knowledge transfer across regions and understand regional priorities

7+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, innovation or transformational roles

Analyze and interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and present findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Manager of Strategic Finance and Analytics

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present actionable insights.

Manage direct reports, including hiring selection, coaching, mentoring, development, performance management and all other people-management practices, including DE&I.

Work closely with Product, Development, and Design Directors/Managers to set and achieve a strategy, vision, mid-term targets and objectives.

Build and refine scalable processes, models and frameworks to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration with other teams.

Partner closely with Product Marketing and customer-facing teams to effectively bring functionality to market and drive business value.

Customer Focus: demonstrates a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external customers to meet their needs

Accountability: holds self and others accountable to meet commitments

· Develop and maintain strategic reports for executive management enabling sound decision making;

This role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following key responsibilities:

· Manage various corporate development initiatives ensuring key objectives are met, risks identified, and mitigation actions taken;

· Manage due diligence procedures on partnership, collaboration, financing, mergers & acquisitions, or other transaction opportunities;

· Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred

· Advanced productivity software skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
