Risk Management and Audit Capabilities:

Work with the Sr Director of Operations to establish new processes across Enterprise and Platform Services (EPS).

Applied systems thinking experience as it pertains to employee listening and employee experience

Expertise in cloud-based Employee Experience systems (EX) and technology such as Qualtrics, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau

Lead the design of employee surveys that meet business needs and address topics such as engagement, DE&I and employee lifecycle

Share and communicate survey insights in a clear and engaging manner

Enable leaders and employees across the organization to analyze results, make evidence-based decisions, develop action plans, and take action

Consult and maintain relationships with external vendors and organizational stakeholders

You build, develop, and nourish a high performing team for the management of R&D activities and requested services.

You have 15 years of experience in developing and delivering products in clean energy applications.

You have expertise in analysis and synthesis, and are able to apply these skills to making high-level recommendations.

You have working experience with gas separation.

You have completed a PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry or Physics.

You have demonstrated excellence in converting scientific concerns and questions to the design of experiments and high-level data analysis.

Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, etc.) or MBA

Pragmatic project manager: Demonstrated capability to lead large transformational projects in a structured way.

Experience in call center environment and/or within a digital team

Experience working in a matrix structure to deliver end-to-end success

Experience managing programs or projects around systems, network, data, privacy or cyber security experience (not mandatory)

Articulates deliverables/timetables; coordinates efforts of internal process owners/experts

Support the important Brand Management milestone deliverables (long range roadmap, brand experience guide, business brief, player needs analysis) and presentations.

7+ years product marketing or brand management experience.

Along with having interests in football, games, and business, you will have strategic and analytical capabilities, and experience overseeing workstreams.

5+ years of experience driving collaboration across Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams.

Experience partnering with a product development team to make insight informed decisions that satisfy prioritised consumer motivations.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field, or equivalent training and professional experience.

Responsible for management of project budget

Work with key cross-functional partners to deliver best in class channel experiences

5 years of experience developing and driving digital and offline marketing campaigns/initiatives from inception to execution for leading brands

Experience using analytics and performance data to inform priorities and deliver results.

Proven experience planning and executing campaigns using key marketing channels

Apparel and/or Footwear industry experience preferred

Experience with Learning Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management systems.

Database administration experience; word processing, spreadsheet management, database software, socialmedia platforms and web maintenance.

Minimum 5 years’ experience and skills in coordinating custom programs, custom solutions and consulting.

International education or international work experience is preferred.

Reviewing and assessing requirements needed to meet project timelines

Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
