Adopt an effective hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely).

University degree in Business, Finance, ideal candidate will also possess professional designation such as CPA, MBA, CFA or in process.

Financial experience in a retail environment (within FP&A an asset).

Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as MicroStrategy would be an asset.

Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI Query would be an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience

Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with members of the finance team, IT and the business

Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset within the finance team

University degree or equivalent in accounting, business, finance or a related field

Experience with revenue assurance, or revenue and profitability analytics

Experience in the telecom or software industries is an asset

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate business requirements, risks, and opportunities.

Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories.

Identify and manage risks and issues related to project deliverables.

5+ years of experience as a business analyst.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Various experience and knowledge of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance processes and tools.

Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or other relevant degree

Minimum of 5 years Technology Risk and GRC experience.

Experience in IT Audit/Assurance and SOX control testing, either as part of internal audit teams or Big 4 consulting

Experience in managing IT Disaster Recovery (Governance) activities.

Experience in developing, implementing, and managing new IT governance processes.

Post-secondary education in finance or related field is required; experience working in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills to simultaneously manage multiple requests and priorities

Experience with spreadsheet & database applications (Excel, Access, Power-BI, and Power-Query) would be considered an asset

Experience with SAP would be considered an asset

Experience with various tools, such as MS Office, OpenText, MS Visio, etc

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, CPA completed or in progress

Exceedingly skilled with financial reporting tools

2+ years experience with advanced financial analysis, planning and budget controls required

Prior experience in manufacturing highly desirable

Assist Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process

Check performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities

Time management and organizational skills

Requires comprehensive level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have in-depth knowledge of project management.

Liaise with operations, supply chain, business development and program management to ensure action plans are tracking to closure

Partner with program management to identify opportunities to accelerate revenue

Provide financial guidance and support to Program Management

Very detailed oriented with strong organizational, planning and time management skills

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar business degree is ideal

Previous experience with SAP and WMS is an asset.

Previous experience in a supply chain role or distribution is an asset (full time or co-op/internship experience)

Transform functional requirements into technical design at various technology levels

Business analysis experience in application lifecycles and software development
