REQUIRED - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Post-secondary degree in information technology, sciences, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Organization and facilitation of structured workshops to elicit and capture requirements from Product Owners and Stakeholders.

• Agile User Story: writing and classic requirements writing for clarity, testability, and traceability;

Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL principles is desirable.

Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in ServiceNow projects.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.

Experience writing business test cases using testing frameworks.

Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear and concise requirements.

Experience providing requirements and mapping business processes in Visio for medium to large complex initiatives

5+ years of business analyst experience

2+ years demonstrated work experience in core human resources functions

Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies

Knowledge of compensation from an HR perspective

University degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred

Typically 6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, pricing, rev rec

Responsibilities may include managing, decommissioning, and scoping features for in-house built trading systems, vendor platforms, and legacy (Icarus, K2) derivatives systems

Manages production issues, works with vendors and technology teams, diagnose and resolve issues

8+ years of business analysis experience

5+ years of experience working with sales, trading, and quants developing business cases for various markets

5+ years of experience driving and developing product features, documentation and delivery schedules

Experience building and analyzing trade data

Experience as a Data Engineer an asset.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or a comparable blend of education and experience.

Over five (5) years of experience providing technical Business Analyst services for IT projects.
