Job Description
Do you possess considerable expertise as a Business Analyst and have experience in overseeing cross-functional teams in business transformation projects, using the latest business transformation methodologies? If yes, then we have a job opening that may interest you in a fast-paced work environment. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contractual position in Victoria, BC.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing multiple IT projects in various stages of development. In some cases, you may need to collaborate with the Project Manager. If you are enthusiastic about this challenging opportunity, please submit your application promptly!

Responsibilities
  • Recognizing, specifying, designing, and recording business necessities, such as creating current and future business procedures.
  • Coordinating business systems with fresh business processes.
  • Providing end-user business demands and context for instructional and training materials.
  • Directing business procedure enhancement endeavors throughout various departments and/or the entire organization.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
  • Over five (5) years of experience providing technical Business Analyst services for IT projects.
