Responsibilities

• Design and develop information architecture and validate it through techniques like card sorting or other applicable methods.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document requirements, conduct thorough analysis, and prepare relevant materials for discussions.
• Create engaging presentations, comprehensive business requirements, reports, and analysis, as well as documentation of procedures as needed.
• Utilize modern visual modeling tools to develop intricate business process flow diagrams.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation or modernization projects
• 5+ Years of Business Analysis Experience
• Public Sector work experience
