Our company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, exceptional analytical skills, and be able to work closely with stakeholders to identify and evaluate business requirements, risks, and opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality business analysis and will have experience working on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate business requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and manage risks and issues related to project deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Develop test plans and perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize business processes and systems.
• Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
