BA with Flexcube

Location: Mississauga, Canada

Duration: Full time with Benefits

• Must have DDA Platform knowledge ( Account Onboarding, Account Management , Transaction postings on Accounts) and working experience.

• Hands-on and Working knowledge on any core banking system ( Oracle FLEXCUBE preferred)..

• Involved /Part of full life cycle of Core Banking implementation (multi country implementation added advantage).

• Involved and part of application architecture and driven design responsibilities on integration perspective

• Working knowledge and hand-on experience Core Banking modules (Core, Checking & Savings Account, Interest and Charges etc)

• Basic understating of Corporate Payment processing ( Understanding of MT and MX messages is added advantage) and Liquidity Management

• Responsible for the configuration, maintenance & testing of any market leading core banking application ( FLEXCUBE, T24, BaNCS, Finacle etc) .

• Previous working experience in Data/Accounts migration projects from Legacy systems.

• Previous Business Analyst, Product Owner or Deposits Operations experience.

• Should have experience in creating comprehensive user stories in close collaboration with Product Owners capturing both functional and non-functional specifications with detailed success criteria

• Strong fundamentals in Agile, SAFe knowledge preferred.

• Hands on expertise in use of JIRA, configuring and setting up JIRA boards, dashboards, filters

• Understanding of technology and development lifecycle along with Implementation thought process.

• Superior written, verbal and active listening communication skills, including presentation skills.

• Proven collaborative approach to working with co-workers at all levels.

• Analytical and creative approach to solution design and problem solving with high quality.

• Nice to have: ability to read code – cobol, sql, java
