Manager, Real Estate Asset Management

Manage the Tim Hortons real estate portfolio for a specific region, primarily focused on lease renewals

Additional responsibilities: support property purchases, dispositions, renovations, adding drive-thru lanes, etc.

Experience negotiating and drafting commercial leases

Market knowledge of commercial leasing industry, market rates, landlords, large-scale developments in Canada, and general real estate trends

Very strong organization, communication, and presentation skills

Understanding project funding requirements and, working with the Finance House Team, structuring debt financing to meet project funding needs

Analyzing loan offers and terms

A University degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business or Finance

Experience working with proformas and underwriting deals

Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience in a corporate real estate, industrial real estate or corporate design environment

Experience implementing and working with CAFM or space management software an asset

Working knowledge of budget preparation and proven ability to manage projects within budgetary constraints

Support project teams, project manages and cross functional team to ensure projects are coordinated and aligned with organizational objectives
