5+ years of demonstrated experience in project management and leadership in complex cross-functional teams and projects in a B2B context 

Identify the UX Team’s needs with regards to processes, design and research tools, documentation and asset management to optimize their impact 

Partner with product managers and their team leaders to identify opportunities to improve the design process and iterate on them 

Exceptional presentation and communication skills with both internal and external audiences  

Possess strong analytical skills, data-driven, and a passion for human-centric problem solving 

Experience in conducting UX research and/or managing ResearchOps successfully

Seven (7) years of experience in architecture or design;

Proven experience and deep expertise in one or more areas of the Design function visioning, positioning, development, etc.;

Strong consultation skills and the ability to facilitate the co-creation of solutions with the business;

International Design experience outside of Canada will be considered an asset.

Lead the articulation and development of our design projects to drive design direction that maximize brand alignment;

Integrate owner’s, customer, and stakeholder’s insights into customer values design driven decisions;

Analyzes RFQ and RFP requirements, leads management in the development of winning proposal strategies.

Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, advertising or business management is an asset.
